When I transitioned into orthopedics decades ago, I did so with a firm belief that medicine is not merely a profession—it is a noble calling. Over the years, our practice has grown immensely, but our foundational philosophy remains entirely unchanged: healthcare must be defined by empathy, affordability, transparency, and a strong sense of community integration.
